Scanning for Files
Once you have selected the partition or disk to be recovered and have defined the recovery options, click <Start> to let the program begin to search for the source partition or disk. The search for the recovery of the deleted files works fast. It may only last several minutes. The search of "Partition Recovery" may take a few hours, depending on the size of the search object (partition or disk), storage devices type, the disk read speed, the count of lost files. When the scan is carried out, the report on the progress of the search is showing. Unlike other software, in here you can preview the searched files in a timely manner. If you find that all the files you want to restore are found, you can immediately stop the scan process to save the searched files. You do not have to wait for the scan to be finished. Although, we still recommend that you wait for the complete scan task to finish searching so you can recover more files. After the search scan task has been completed, all found partitions and the file will be listed, you can tag the files you want to save.
