How to reset a Windows user account password

Here is a quick and easy way to reset your Windows user account password, if you have forgotten it.

1. Download Lazesoft Recover My Password.

2. Build a Lazesoft Recover My Password CD or USB disk.

3. Boot your computer from the CD you have built, then Lazesoft Recover My Password will launch automatically.

4. Select your Windows installation volume from the list.

   

5. Select the user account from the list for which you want to reset the password and click the <Next> button.

   

6. Click the <Reset/Unlock> button to blank the Windows user account password.

   

7. "Success" message will be displayed after the Windows user's password has been reset successfully.
